Unfortunately for many young Indigenous Australians a career in the engineering and construction industry is out of reach. To close this gap RJE have partnered with Indi Services to further develop our business by harnessing those many talented Indigenous workers and tap into our next generation of employees to help them forge their own lifelong careers. Our business successfully operates throughout Australia and in many remote areas. Having a positive impact on the local community is important here at RJE. Our partnership with Indi Services will assist RJE engage with individuals, contractors and supply chain operators to share the success which comes through hard work, innovation and Smarter Engineering.
